Thursday Afternoon

Ben is starting to stay awake a little more during the day now. He usually sleeps for most of the night. Last night, he actually went to bed at midnight and didn't wake up until 8:30 am. I was even up before him. And I spent a lot of time looking at him to make sure he was still breathing. :O) He is just a good baby!

Ben's First Play Date!

Ben and I went over to Aimee's today for our first play date to meet Reid.

It was quite a hit! ;O)

Reid is so sweet. He was born 13 days after Ben. He slept almost the entire time we were there, unlike my little fuss pot. :O) (Who happens to be screaming right now! Gotta go!!)

His first Dempsey!

So, Ben got to meet his first Dempsey last night. James is in town and he came by for a visit. It is always so fun for me to get to spend time with him. I really miss seeing the extended Dempsey family more often. I especially miss my Aunt, Uncle and Cousins. I guess Benny will have to wait until Christmas to meet them. I can't wait. It sucks to be so far away. :O(

Good Morning Auntie Phil & Auntie Erika!

Auntie Phil :O) and Auntie Erika were going to try to come for a visit this weekend. But, they weren't able to make it work. They are heading out on a fabulous trip to Tahiti in a couple of weeks and have a lot to do to get ready for it. We completely understand, but are still a little disappointed. We miss them. And we know that they really want to come spend time with Benny.

So, Phil and Erika, I just wanted to tell you two that I am not sad at all that you couldn't come, and I am not jealous at all that you will soon be living it up in paradise. ;O) (yeah right!!) And I also wanted to show you what you could have woken up to this morning!

Yes, I do know how mean I am!!! :O) But I had to mess with you a little bit! I love you guys!! :O)

Benny has just started to smile for real. It is the cutest thing in the world. We have even gotten 2 little laughs out of him. It just kills me. I was able to get a couple pictures. They aren't that great, but at least you can see the smiles.

Just a Thursday Night.

Ok Everyone!! Here are more pictures of Benny. I'm sorry it took a week to get more pictures up. I didn't realize how many of you actually look at this. :O) I am so happy to know that. So, rest assured, I have had a good talking to, (by a few people) and I will be more diligent in posting new pictures. By the way, we went to the Doctor again today. My little Noodle is now a 10 pounder!! 10Lbs 7oz to be exact. Last Thursday he was only 9 Lbs 12oz. Oh Yeah!! The Doctor said, "At least we know he is being nourished." :O) It must be the Italian in him.

Gam and Granddad Come to Town.

Benny got to meet his Gammy for the first time last weekend. He was so excited. And he got to see Grandad, who he hasn't seen since the day after he was born. We had a fun weekend. We can't wait for them to come again!!
